How do I rent a GPU?
Simply log into your account, head over to our Instances page, choose the specs you need, and start your rental. The setup is automatic and protected by SSH, but you can find a more detailed guide in the Docs page.
How do I become a host?
If you're na individual host, go to our Hosting page, and download our hosting app. We'll guide you through the setup process in our Docs section. No coding needed! If you want to get your datacenter verified, and host your machines with us, you can contact us directly!
Are rentals secure?
Absolutely. Every rental is isolated in a digital environment, to protect hosts, uses secure shell protocols, and ends with full data cleanup to maintain your privacy as a user.
What if the Host disconnects? Do I lose my work?
Not with Hedon. We have backing protocols to sustain your work in our own machines should anything happen to your host's machine, until we can find you a comparable host. It's all automatic, and with no extra cost!
How is my carbon offset calculated?
We estimate carbon impact based on your electricity usage and device specs, then fund certified offset projects accordingly.
Can I choose the offset initiative?
Yes! When renting or hosting, you'll see a list of supported green initiatives, from reforestation to solar transitions, and select your impact path.
Can I get proof of my environmental contribution?
You can! We issue automatic certificates for your rentals, whether you are hosting or renting, proving your positive impact on the world.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by card and bank transfer, and aim to accept cryptocurrency soon. You can manage them in your account page.
Can I get a refund?
You can! If something went wrong with your rental, contact us, we'll look into it and issue a refund if your rental conditions weren't met.
How much money can I make as a host?
This varies according to your machine, and your system's specs, but you can define your minimum price, and, in our community cloud marketplace, your limit is the community's demand!
I am a startup, and need a lot of computing, but can't make large investments. Can you help?
